The 3 Griffins Almost Gluten Free (AGF) Vienna Lager has been refreshed, with a tweak to the recipe after listening to our gluten intolerant craft beer loving friends (including Steve!). The result is a more robust lager with more body and an increased alcohol content, up to 4.7% ABV.
The 3 Griffins Brewery is not completely gluten free, therefore there is a very small chance of cross contamination with products containing gluten within the brewery. However, we only use gluten free products in this beer (millet malt and biscuit rice malt) and ferment the beer in dedicated gluten free equipment.
